1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Genlabs website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. RESEARCH PRODUCTS ONLY

All products are supplied exclusively for research and evaluation purposes and are not positioned as medical treatments or health solutions. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Genlabs reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders and correct pricing errors without prior notice.

5. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship discreetly from our EU warehouse with full tracking. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Our re-ship guarantee applies if a parcel is seized or lost in transit — see our Re-Shipping Policy for full terms.

6. RETURNS

Owing to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt — contact support before sending anything back.
